I am crazy over this salad. Spinach, arugula, fresh mushrooms, raw sunflower seeds, dried cranberries or raisins, red onion slivers, sliced carrots.
I make a simple creamy healthy
dressing: lowfat buttermilk or plain yogurt, Hellman's mayo, teaspoon or tablespoon of prepared
mustard, dash of red wine vinegar, sprinkles of Adobo and a squirt of Sriracha hot sauce. (Dill weed and fresh garlic is a delicious alternative to Adobo.)
