“Don't worry about the money,” he says. “If you're good enough, the money will come. Worry about the passion. [Make sure] it's something you like doing that you will get up every day and do it for free.”
Running is the quickest and healthiest way to pull myself out of a low point. Once I convince myself to lace up my shoes and take those first steps, I’m usually on my way to a happier mood in minutes.
I have dinner at 4:30 in the afternoon, I’m in bed by 5:30, then it’s lights out at 6:30 p.m. after reading for an hour. I have to get my 8 to 9 hours of sleep.
