Wednesday Sourdough Baked Sunday

I incubated my bucket of dough not sure what to make I thought I'd make pizza dough using semolina rye bread flour and olive oil but later changed my mind and added more flour and water and Irish oats, whole wheat flour and here we are. The best sourdough I've ever made.
