We're Space Hogs

My fantasy is to purchase the house next door and connect it to my house. It's already practically touching my house, being only 4 inches away. What would I do with more space? I'd open THE URBAN MERMAID CAFE BAKERY GALLERY and let my nephew have the apartment. The owner can't sell the house because there is no parking belonging to this house, it's written into the deed and this corner is considered the bad neighborhood but we could fix that!
