Monday Kitchen

I began a vat of tomato sauce, with 2 cans of olives chopped, a head and a half of garlic chopped + cored, oregano, basil, parsley, Chianti, red chili flakes, fresh black pepper, kosher salt, chopped celery and onions, 3 cans of crushed tomatoes, and a can of tomato paste. I sauteed the garlic onions celery olives and herbs in olive oil then I added the canned tomatoes and paste and wine and 1c water. I pressure cooked it for close to an hour. It tasted like it cooked all day!

Now I'm baking two trays of molasses granola.

I set up a semolina sourdough with corn oat rye inside....to bake in a day or two.
