Marinated and Grilled

We marinated chicken breasts in buttermilk and sriracha and a bulb of garlic for 36 hours. Today we grilled them along with sliced brined and dried and olive oiled eggplant, asparagus, roasted whole red bell pepper and scallions. We grilled at 2PM and ate it at 7PM after it rested and cooled. Beyond belief delicious!

I wrapped slices of chicken in slabs of eggplant with asparagus and scallions and had homemade kimchi carrot slaw.
