Educating Landlords

I think we need to educate some of the Cities biggest land owners. I know it's a long process. I am JUST getting cooperation from AG after 5 years. I guess we have to be patient and have a LONG HORIZON. But I am so happy he finally gets it! And we now have a clean quiet parking lot.

 

Yesterday I texted LP the landlord to the 8 family apartment house opposite us asking him to remind his tenant who is blasting his radio on the 3rd floor porch that we all would like a Sunday too. He replied that there was nothing he could do about the blasting radio on the porch. I said, REALLY, I just wanted to phone you before I ask the police for help. I think all of the neighbors and the other tenants (of yours!) would appreciate your help.

 

He did finally contact them. And I thanked him profusely.
