I took my leftover brown rice and added chopped onion, leftover chicken, mayo, pickle juice, wine vinegar, sriracha, Adobo, garlic powder, mustard, buttermilk & dried cranberries. Today it's cold out and this is summer food. I was not satisfied.
So two hours later I dumped it into the crock pot added water, yogurt, chopped mushrooms, more of yesterday's home cooked collard greens & sweet potatoes and fried chicken and chicken bullion cubes leftover black beans and now it's a fabulous soup.
It's a bit like Hungarian mushroom soup!
