UPDATE: This might be a disaster. It won't bake in the center....OMG it's good! More like an almond brownie with a pudding consistency. Very good!!! But next time cookies or small pan of brownies. This was too large to bake correctly. It STUCK in the pregreased pan. We're still eating it though.
Cookies might be a better approach for these ingredients! Just like my gingerbread cookies with a flax egg. Those came out better than my original gingersnaps recipe!
