Irresistable Mashed Potatoes
Boil white potatoes until fork tender, drain, mash, add extra virgin olive oil, Adobo, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, and powdered garlic. If you have scallions add them too. Irresistible! If these were served hot in a cone, by a street vendor, I would choose them over any dessert.
