Nancy and Betty

Nancy and Betty are best buddies. They joined the athletic club 8 weeks ago and have been courageously trying every machine and class and pool toy in the place. They have teamed up to help each other stay motivated to get fit and healthy and it's working. Nancy and Betty and have been good friends since home economics class in high school. Their sons who are both 25, grew up together. They have been showing up to use the gym equipment in the morning and then coming to the pool at night! And they are having a blast.

I was swimming alone today and then they showed up and it was great to see them. We swam together having fun just like kids at summer camp.
