Ecological Kitchen: Potato Kale Cabbage Rice Beans

I just pressure cooked potato salad and saved the water and made steamed kale then I saved the water and steamed cabbage and saved the water and made beans and rice.

Dressing:
olive oil, wine vinegar, soy, hot sauce, sugar salt Adobo, mustard. Shake it and pour over the greens! This is the same dressing I steam (pressure cook) the chopped potatoes in. The flavor gets baked in and tastes best COLD.

I steam the rice in re-hydrated chicken bullion.
