Police Tony the Pony

I think we need a pony in our city and we should call him Tony. He would be the police pony. When I first moved in the was an officer on horseback. he may have been visiting for Autumnfest. I can't remember 22 years ago. I just recall going to the end of my driveway and there was a gigantic horse with a RI police officer riding him.
