Improvisational Pressure Cooker Mac and Cheese

I used tricolor rotini and chopped frozen spinach, Adobo, Cholula hot sauce, garlic powder, red wine, mustard, bean stock, greens stock....pepper jack cheese, olive oil, and a dash of milk. So good!
