Swimming!

Yesterday I walked to the river behind the reservoir and took Lily swimming and then I jumped in with her. I walked home in my shocking pink denim shorts and soaked sneakers, thin jacket and bathing suit. Being wet kept me cool. I heard a barking dog. I stopped and it stopped. I resumed and it resumed. I went slowly and it went slowly. I realized the barking was not barking. It was the sound of my soaked denim shorts rubbing as I walked.
