Whooping with Joy!

I am in full blown transmit. I am (psychologically) driving with the brake on and still zoomy. My wise inner voice says to me remember your habits go swim, walk Lily. Everyone else seems zoomy too. When I went for a walk last night I listened to so many stories I return home exhausted yet wired and happy. I ran into Liz and she was grumpy but joined us for a walk. She described her mixed state: the riding with the brake on feeling we laughed and she was smiling by the time we walked back home. Then the skies opened up and the street became two rivers. The kids playing basketball looked like water rats. We stood on the front porch whooping with joy!
