New LOVE!

Did you see my new best 4-legged friend? We named him Romeo and Bill and I met him Saturday and then we got approved to adopt him last night at the Douglas Mass Humane Society DOG ORPHANS.

ROMEO is a sweet guy from Georgia. He's a Black Labrador Pitbull mix. I call him ROMEO the Georgia Peach Pit. He is a friendly smart baby who loves to chew! This is his first city and first leash and first house. He was well taken care of but not trained or housebroken. He has caught on quickly to the big walks and the crate naps and overnight sleep.

He loves to stuff three tennis balls in his mouth! He is a TOY BOY. I have a box of hard chew toys and tennis balls collected over the decades. He loves to go through them. We love him!

I just brought ROMEO up and registered him at City Hall. He has his first dog license and coincidentally on the way home Doris and Tiffany of Animal Control pulled over and met us. A week ago I stopped into their shelter and told them I was on the hunt for a new dog.
