Thank God

He was wearing what looked like a white cap. It was plastic Halloween mask pushed up on his forehead. Can't make this shit up, I thought. He put on his cobalt blue hoodie and put the mask over his face. He was sitting in the red car in the infamous hot spot. Thank god the neighborhood kids were in school. Moments later three detectives swarmed the car pulling everyone out for a pat down.
