Snubber Ring and Thrust Bearing

My husband the genius analyzed the problem with our malfunctioning used Maytag top load washer. Then he watched a few home repair videos on the topic and sent away for the 50 dollar repair kit. Yesterday he replaced the snubber ring and the thrust bearing. I love the names! Our machine is better than it ever was and had no problem washing 8 towels!
