Turkey Meatballs

1& 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs (or rolled oats, or seasoned stale bread)
3 pounds ground turkey 85-93% lean
1 cup minced onion
3/4 cup fresh parsley (or more onion)
3 eggs beaten
5-7 minced garlic cloves
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp basil
3/4 tsp oregano
3/8 cup olive oil (for brushing the tops)
1& 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
3/4 tsp fresh black pepper

shape using scoop and place on greased rack over baking pan
brush meatballs with olive oil
bake at (preheated) 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes depending on how large you make them.
