Carrot Salad for Pot Luck

I just made coin carrots (Price rite sells five pound bags of restaurant large tasty carrots which I buzzed thru the Cuisinart). I added walnut basil raisins with my extra virgin Price Rite olive oil, Italian Cento wine vinegar, Gulden's mustard + honey dressing...fresh scissor-cut basil+ Adobo and kosher salt. So good!!
