Take boneless chicken breasts and add lowfat buttermilk and sriracha and adobo and let marinate in the fridge in a freezer bag or casserole dish covered, for 10- 24 hours.
Remove chicken from the marinade and place on a greased baking pan to bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
Broil the tops for a few minutes until golden.
Let rest. Then slice and add to salads. The meat will be juicy and tender from the marinade.
