Meatball Adventure

I tried to break up my FAILED POCKET BREAD, which had become hard flatbread, in the Cuisinart and the blade popped up and scratched the bowl. No dice!!

So I added the wet ingredients to the torn bread aka SHOE LEATHER!! I WAS STOMPING MAD!!

Then Bill fished the hard pieces out covered in slime egg turkey goo, fresh garlic and spices. For the past HOUR Bill has been painstakingly chopping the gooey shoe leather into small cubes. Bill has the patience of a saint and I have none!!

Then I discovered that some of my eggs were FROZEN and had burst from their shells. I had stuffed them on the top shelf of the fridge! I added them to the meat mixture rather than throw them out. I prayed the mixture wouldn't turn into an omelet.

The meatballs are baking now after the melon ball scoop fest, and they smell good. I had checked first by baking a blob in the microwave. Turkey Garlic Bread Onion Omelet Meatballs. But they will be good.

I baked them for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. There's the bell! Guess what - they are fantastic. Yay!
