Made a pot of basmati brown rice in the pressure cooker and in a saute pan I stir fried two big white onions sliced, with olive oil until translucent. Then I added chopped baby bella mushrooms sliced, asparagus chopped in one inch pieces and chopped red bell pepper for color. Then we pan fried thin slices of beef and tore them into strips to eat on the rice and veggies. So good.
