The Specialist

When I had a cyst removed from my tongue and was stitched back up with dissolvable stitches, a bunch of years ago, all I could eat was mush for a few weeks. It healed fast as the doctor said it would. I became obsessed with crunch. It turned out the doctor and his wife, both dentists love to bake sourdough artisan bread. The dentist upon learning that I loved to bake bread, played a video on his phone of his wife slicing their homemade bread. I immediately loved this guy!
