Three Bean Chili

Yesterday I soaked black beans, kidney beans and garbanzo beans and made 3 bean chili. Two gallons of it. Today I portioned it into smaller containers for freezing on those days in November when I'm too tired to cook. I used to make 10 gallons at a time back in the 80's when I was a prep chef.
