 How to shovel safely (when you're healthy enough):      Warm-Up First: Do 10 minutes of light activity (stretching, walking).   Pace Yourself: Take breaks and don't overdo it.  Use Proper Form: Push snow rather than lifting, and lift with your legs, not your back.  Stay Hydrated & Warm: Drink water and dress in layers, but keep clothes dry.  Avoid Triggers: Skip caffeine, alcohol, or large meals before shoveling.  Know When to Stop: If you feel chest pain or unusual fatigue, stop immediately.
