We've been making sandwiches on my leftover homemade sourdough multigrain toast with the leftover grilled asparagus, leftover grilled thin-sliced eggplant, leftover grilled red bell peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, with the marinade poured over my carrot slaw garlic scallion cabbage-slaw kimchi, home cooked kidney beans, home cooked chick peas, hot chili garlic rooster sauce, blended chipotles in Adobo sauce, thin sliced grilled buttermilk+adobo sriracha marinated boneless chicken breasts.
salty, sour, super sexy summer food!
