Mysterious Roastpan and Rack

This morning when I took Romeo out I spotted an abandoned roasting tray with a rack inside on top of our salt and sand barrel. Both were clean but I brought them inside and cleaned them again. I will ask my neighbors if they accidentally forgot it, when loading their car. Otherwise I will use it!
