Teaching Breadmaking

Yesterday I taught bread baking class to five interested amazing strong women in a friends kitchen. I love to show people how bread is possible and not nearly as complicated as we are led to believe.

Cultures of the world have been baking bread for millennia. It's not hard to do. I brought dough to bake and then everyone made a dough that they brought home to bake.

We made wheat rye corn oat sourdough mini loaves and sampled them with jam and cheese and coffee. A good time was had by all. 

Next I hope we have a pasta making workshop.
