Omar has no Frontal Lobes and blasts his music with windows wide open

The frontal lobes are important for voluntary movement, expressive language and for managing higher level executive functions. Executive functions refer to a collection of cognitive skills including the capacity to plan, organise, initiate, self-monitor and control one's responses in order to achieve a goal.

My husband reminds me that teens at that age do not have frontal lobes!

We work at home and the whole street is throbbing from Omar's music blasting. I like to live in the city but people should be aware of others -- even without frontal lobes.
