 Dec 17, 2021 This Braciole recipe is the way my mother use to prepare it . It does take some practice rolling up the stuffed slices of beef but once you get the knack of it it will become much easier. If you prefer you can use pork instead of beef. Also you can leave out the hard boiled eggs but it just won't be the same without it ! It is important to cook the meat for several hours so that it will become soft and tender .
