I made these improvisational sourdough multigrain waffles this morning. I did not measure.
Here are the approximate measurements below
sourdough rye and whole wheat soupy starter 4-5 cups
4 eggs beaten
buttermilk 1 and 1/2 to 2 cups
bran (wheat) 1 cup
wholemeal cornmeal 1/2 - 3/4 cup
salt, baking powder, baking soda
orange zest from 1 orange
1/4 cup vegetable oil
