East School Streets Indy 500

We have a guy in the neighborhood that revs the tuned engine of his silver Lexus numerous times a day. He loves to accelerate in the parking lot burning rubber and then slamming his breaks. Meanwhile kids are on scooters and running around playing ball. Occasionally he screeches out onto East School Street and guns it sometimes having a round of drag racing with a buddy. All the kids in the parking lot come out to the street to watch yelling and screaming for their hero. If the police drive by they suddenly apply the breaks and become model citizens. These kids can't wait to grow up and do the same thing.
