I boiled bowties while I peeled and chopped fresh garlic. I defrosted spinach and added it to the sizzling olive oil red chili and garlic. Then I added the aldente bowties and chopped some dry Bronx Italian sausage and fresh mozzarella and tossed it together with the bowties and spinach. I sprinkled Parmesan on top. Delicious and pretty. The sun is out and the Johann Strauss II - The Blue Danube Waltz -is on the radio. It's windy and Lily and Sammy are waiting for papa.
