Just ripened my 3 avocados using the paper bag trick. Place the unripened fruit or vegetable in a paper bag for a few days. The gases accelerate ripening. It worked! I just added freshly squeezed lime juice and freshly chopped garlic and salt.
I shaped the bucket of dough ready to climb out of the container this morning. I've greases 4 loaf pans and shaped 8 grapefruit-sized boules and placed them in a 100 degree oven to proof.
