Two Quarts

I was so thirsty swimming in a HOT pool that, I drank 2 quarts of cold water over a 2 hour period.

When you're mildly dehydrated – just 1 or 2 percent – you can experience symptoms such as headache, poor concentration, fatigue and lightheadedness. You might mistake these signals for low blood sugar and the need for fuel, when you're actually just low on fluids.
