The feces farm, the apartment multi dog-fostering kennel, nonstop barking, the smoke alarm chirping continuously for five years, the months of howling squeaking roof vent. Garbage and broken car parts in the yard. This is what absentee landlords do to a city. They destroy it.
We know these same landlords would not tolerate this for ten minutes in their neighborhoods!!
