Breadcrumbs

I had bad reaction to commercial breadcrumbs. It was hard to convince me to buy them in the first place when I saw the paragraph of preservatives and strange ingredients. Then it was hard for me to believe they were the cause and throw them out. I'm a Yankee who is also the little match girl.

I'm a bread baker! Why not make them myself? I always have extra bread and grains lying around.
