Dinner

Tonight we made small colorful pasta in the Instant Pot. 1 pound cooked in 5 cups of water for zero minutes. (As soon as it came to pressure it shut off and we released all of the steam). It came out perfect! Then we added the cooked pasta and the concentrated cooking liquid to the stove top frying pan where I had been sauteing mushrooms in olive oil with a splash of jug chianti. We added homemade chick peas and homemade tomato sauce. It was delicious.
