My Bleu Cheese Dressing Homemade

1/2 - 1 cup crumbled blue cheese

 1/4 cup or more buttermilk

 1 cup non fat plain Greek yogurt

 1 -2 tablespoon red wine vinegar & pickle juice 

 1 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder

 salt and freshly ground black pepper.

(mash the cheese a bit with the liquids using a pastry cutter)

Going with my theory that when you make it yourself it's always better because you feed yourself abundantly through your senses and it's fulfilling when you make something yourself. The creativity of the preparation, the joy of homemade, and the health, ecology and education of homemade are always worthwhile. The sensory fulfillment is life changing. Whether you sew clothes or make bread soup or dessert home made is always better, healthier and more fulfilling.
