Mine is whole wheat with sunflower seeds, Herbs de Provence, salt, garlic, flax seed, (would prefer sesame seeds), and olive oil. I scored them with my bench knife. Sooo good!
I let them dry out a bit in the oven after it was turned off.
Next I will try these.
