Know Your Triggers: Migraines
I woke with a headache so bad I realized I was telling people about it in my dream. I got up and took a very hot shower. That helped a lot. Sometimes just getting vertical helps. But it still hurt so I took one generic extra strength excedrin and a decongestant.
