For me it takes a thousand times of making something before I have all sorts of revelations. Okay not a thousand but more than one or two. This week I had a revelation about my weekly batches of granola. If I bake it SLOW and low turning off the 250 degree oven after 30 minutes. The vanilla and molasses flavors survive!
I also am on my third or fourth week of baking flatbreads. My dough is seasoned with black pepper, fennel, garlic, and salt and olive oil.
