Spinach

I love spinach. Whenever I get a fine, or speeding ticket, I immediately think darn, I could've spent this on spinach. For breakfast I ate a stack of garlicky olive oil spinach on toast. For all three meals yesterday I ate olive oil spinach on my home made fennel black pepper flat bread toast.
