The Polka Platter

We just went to our favorite pub for a pint and came home. We decided while snacking standing in our kitchen that perhaps this pub needs to have a polka platter on the menu. It would consist of the local Krakow Deli's smoked kielbasa and the local Price Rite sauerkraut and mustard on my sourdough. We're going to talk to the locals.
