Lemon Poppyseed Cake

I remember making Lorna Sass' lemon poppy seed cake. Now I must hunt down the recipe from her ecological kitchen cookbook. I would also like to make Hamantaschen with poppy seed filling from Joan Nathan's cookbook. Spring is coming!
