My behind the scenes agenda is to get the GOOD LANDLORDS; Ken Marandola real estate developer and RI State policeman, Mo Santangelo realtor and professional landlord of Natick, to buy more property in my neighborhood or anywhere in Woonsocket and Blackstone that I pass on my walks. Ken and Mo are real professionals and they understand good tenants and lighting and cleanliness and cordiality are all part of what makes things improve. I have been funneling information about abandoned houses and ones on the market to them. They have been most appreciative and gracious.
