Sourdough Set to Rise
I have two big pickle buckets for dough rising in my kitchen. This morning I refilled my flour and grain bins and mixed up a sourdough semolina oat corn rye bread. The dough is slow rising in the fridge and I will punch it down and shape it later tonight or tomorrow morning. I never tire of making bread. It's always amazing to me.
