We are roasting a chicken Chef Michael's way and it smells amazing! We had all of the ingredients on hand except the chicken so we picked one up. We didn't have cider so we used beer. I'm roasting the bird in my 12 inch cast iron pan with garlic apples onions and rosemary. We also used Bell's Seasoning salt and pepper as instructed. I can't get over the amazing scent.

This is a keeper! As ALL of Chef Michael's recipes are. I am telling everyone to try it.
